WHO ARE WE?

We have been around since 1987! Originally established as “Pilot Shop” by Alexander Papenberg, our store has been present on the Cannes Mandelieu Airport for many decades. We then specialised in retailing pilot gear, instruments, maps, navigation tools, and pilot outfits. In the 90s, we started producing our own windsock brand, “France Manche à Air”, using heavy-duty German marine fabric. We were met with considerable success with our customers, very satisfied with the quality and durability delivered. In 2019, Alexander took a well-deserved retirement, leaving the company to his son, Russell. Nowadays, we pride ourselves in the quality of our products as well as our long-standing experience on the market!
